is seeking a friendly, highly organised
Administration Officer
to support our Karratha-based operations.

About The Role
You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly across a wide range of administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a stable, supportive environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enjoys supporting a busy operations team.

Key Responsibilities

* General administrative duties, data entry, filing, and document control
* Managing phone and email enquiries
* Assisting internal teams with day‑to‑day coordination
* Maintaining records, spreadsheets, and office systems
* Providing friendly and efficient support to staff, clients, and visitors
* Coordinating medicals and training for staff and contractors
* Ordering and managing supplies including PPE, office supplies, and yard stock

About You
We're Looking For Someone Who Is

* Professional and reliable
* Proactive with strong communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Comfortable learning new systems and processes
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Experience is welcomed but
not essential
— training will be provided.
