Wanslea is seeking a dedicated Reception / Administration Support Officer for our Connected Beginnings program which is responsible for delivering culturally responsive reception, coordination, and communication support to empower place‑based activities that enhance the health, development and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families.

About You
You are an experienced administrative support professional who brings efficiency, adaptability, and a strong sense of initiative to every task.
You have:
* Proven administrative and office experience, handling filing, correspondence, scheduling, meeting support, and general day‑to‑day office operations.
* Computer literacy across a range of Windows-based applications—Word, Excel, Outlook—as well as Canva for basic design and visual communication.
* Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in the right order, even under pressure.
* A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety principles, with a proactive approach to maintaining safe and compliant workspaces.
On a personal level, you:
* Are customer-focused, approachable and able to build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, readily adjusting to new priorities, tasks or tools in a fast-moving workplace.
* Show a high level of initiative, proposing improvements, anticipating needs, and solving problems before they become issues.
