Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a deep understanding of client needs and their operating environments
* Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling of telco and ICT solutions
* Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and delivery teams to tailor strategic solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Meet and exceed monthly targets for account retention and revenue growth
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing B2B accounts in telecommunications, ICT, or managed services
* A track record of managing large client portfolios and uncovering upsell opportunities
* Strong relationship-building and solution-selling capabilities
* Exposure to mobility, fixed-line, unified communications (UC), or network solutions is highly regarded
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal technical teams
