Role Overview
The Senior Lead will oversee regional operations activities and priorities. They will ensure the effectiveness of directorate policies, standards, and procedures, including business continuity planning, quarterly risk review, emergency response planning, operational planning, and information requests.
This position involves managing complex reports, submissions, and briefs, as well as establishing and maintaining effective liaison, communication, and collaboration processes with Queensland state schools and other relevant agencies and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare comprehensive reports, submissions, and briefs in accordance with departmental guidelines.
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight of regional operations activities and priorities.
* Establish and maintain effective liaison, communication, and collaboration processes with Queensland state schools and other relevant agencies and stakeholders.
* Oversee governance processes that manage regional enquiries and complaints in line with the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedure.
