Receptionist / Office Coordinator – Adelaide
Part-time or Full-time Opportunity
Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator looking for a varied role in a professional and collaborative environment? We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive individual to be the first point of contact in our Adelaide office, supporting both front-of-house operations and our Wealth Management team.
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of reception and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About the Role
Based in our Adelaide office, you will be responsible for managing Front of House and assisting with general office coordination and administrative support to the Wealth Management team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and assisting with meeting preparation
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier arrangements
* Maintaining kitchen and shared office areas to a high standard
* Assisting with office supplies, facilities coordination and general office administration
* Supporting the Wealth team with administrative tasks as required
* Assisting with the organisation of internal meetings and small office events
* Maintaining registers and assisting with building management matters where required
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will be approachable, reliable and highly organised, with a strong focus on client service. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
* Experience in a receptionist, administration or office support role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional and confident manner when dealing with clients and colleagues
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Sound written communication skills
* A proactive approach and willingness to assist across different areas of the office
* Experience with Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom or Teams)
* Experience with expense or accounting systems (such as Concur) is desirable but not essential
