 
        
        We are seeking a skilled finance professional to support our daily operations.
Job Description:
 * This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic programs supporting the Australian Government's health portfolio.
 * You will be responsible for providing general program finance and office administration support, including entry of contract budgets into financial management systems, reconciliation of financial documents, preparation of invoices, and payroll management checks.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years relevant experience in finance and administration, with high-level communication skills, intermediate MS Office skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Finance: Entry of all program contract budgets, reconciliation of financial documents, preparation of correctly rendered contractor client invoices, end of month finance processes, raising purchase orders, monitoring and tracking transactions.
 * Administration: Provide general program administration support, assist with adviser travel requirements, undertake any other reasonable administrative duties as required.
Requirements: Relevant experience in finance and administration, familiarity with oracle financial management systems, high level communication skills, intermediate advanced MS office skills.
