We're a dedicated building firm rooted in Sydney's North Shore, renowned for turning architecturally designed renovations and extensions into reality across the city. Our ethos revolves around precision, innovation, and high-end residential construction. Taking projects from concept to completion is what we do best. Using our in house design team we take control Of the entire process for our clients by managing the design, approvals and constructions phases of their projects. Residential construction makes up about 75% of our business, with the remaining space taken up by work in the commercial/industrial sectors. Our projects can be anywhere in Sydney but are primarily on the North Shore, Inner West & Northern Beaches.
Role Overview
We invite a hands-on Carpenter, proficient in multi-tasking and executing a variety of tasks, to join our close-knit team. If you're fuelled by diversity in your role and possess a knack for independent problem-solving, we offer the perfect setting for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively deliver residential renovations and extensions, ensuring top-notch quality.
* Take a hands-on carpentry approach and operate efficiently without continuous supervision from time to time.
* Maintain exemplary organisational and communication skills.
* Adapt to varying daily duties, problem-solving and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative working environment.
Skills, Qualifications & Requirments
* Superior carpentry skills are paramount, this includes Set out, Custom Framing, Formwork, Fix out.
* Recognised qualification in Carpentry, Minimum 3 years post apprenticship experience.
* Drivers Licence & Car Essential
* Your own tools
* Experience in architecturally designed renovations/extensions will be viewed favourably.
* Exceptional organisational and communication proficiencies.
* Honest, punctual, well-presented, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with the team.
