The Role I
This is a newly created Senior Creative Copywriter role within a high-energy, collaborative in-house creative team. Working closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's voice and leading the development of compelling campaign narratives across all channels.
This is a hands-on role for a senior writer who combines strong conceptual thinking with commercial awareness. You will bring campaigns to life through copy that connects emotionally, performs commercially and feels unmistakably on-brand.
You'll thrive in a fast-moving ecommerce environment, partnering closely with designers, marketers and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging, results-driven content across digital, retail and brand communications.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the development of creative copy and campaign concepts across seasonal launches and brand initiatives
* Partner closely with designers to ensure copy and visual storytelling work seamlessly together
* Write compelling content across ecommerce, website, email marketing, digital campaigns and paid media
* Develop engaging social media copy that builds community and strengthens brand connection
* Apply SEO and conversion principles to optimise digital copy performance
* Craft campaign narratives and messaging frameworks that guide execution across channels
* Support print collateral including lookbooks, packaging, in-store assets and brand materials
* Champion brand tone, voice and consistency across all written communication
* Collaborate with internal teams to translate business objectives into creative storytelling
* Contribute strategic ideas, trends and cultural insights to keep messaging fresh and relevant
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced creative environment
Skill Set I
* 3–5 years' experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally within ecommerce, retail or lifestyle brands.
* Proven ability to write compelling copy across digital and print channels.
* Strong creative concept development and storytelling capability (short and long form).
* Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams on integrated campaigns.
* Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance-driven copy.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Naturally collaborative, ideas-led and comfortable working at pace.
