Administration Clerk –
Our Customer is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Clerk to provide administrative support within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Employment Type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Shifts: 4:30am – 1:00pm // 1:00pm – 9:30pm // 8:00pm – 4:30am
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate presentations and administrative documentation using established templates
* Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to support site operations and marketing materials
* Manage timekeeping related to truck arrivals and departures
* Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
* Provide general administrative support as directed by site management
Skills & Experience:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment (advantageous)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements:
* Ability to perform standard office duties with occasional movement around site
* May be required to enter temperature-controlled warehouse environments
* Ability to lift up to 10kg occasionally
