About the Roles
Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are currently recruiting for a Housing Services Officer to support the Maroochydore & Nambour Service Delivery Centers and to provide administration support and property management assistance for the Maroochydore & Nambour property portfolios. This position works collaboratively with Tenancy Managers and Property Managers to efficiently manage a portfolio of tenants and properties and provides excellent service that ensures positive tenant experiences.
Housing Services Officer Roles
* Answering and directing incoming calls for the local community with a focus on first point resolution to meet tenant needs.
* Provide administrative support to Tenancy Managers, Property Managers & other Coast2Bay Teams as requested.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
