The Prince of Wales Hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services, including advanced treatments in general medicine, surgery, and critical care. Our Pharmacy Team plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy as part of their holistic care. SESLHD Pharmacy Services is an extended hours service and our team is operational seven days per-week.
The role
To be part of a team facilitating the provision and further development of the pharmacy service to patients and clients of the organisation including undertaking advanced practice roles to enable the pharmacists to focus on clinical pharmacy service provision.
SESLHD Pharmacy Services is an extended hours service across the seven-day week. The role requires the ability to participate in a seven-day week roster that includes flexible hours, on call, afterhours, weekends and public holidays.
The role will be primarily based at Prince of Wales Hospital. The role may be required to work at different locations and departments within South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
