About the Role

* Establish services in alignment with the strategic direction of the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and manage performance metrics.
* Develop and implement category management strategies and plans.
* Provide expert advice to stakeholders, committees, and boards on procurement and contracts.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry and government networks.
