You're the first face people see when they walk through our door — and the sharp eye making sure every invoice is coded, every vendor is paid, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a dual role that sits at the heart of our Support Office. Half your day is reception — greeting visitors, answering calls, keeping the office running smoothly. The other half is accounts payable — processing invoices in D365, reconciling vendor accounts, and making sure our supplier relationships stay strong. You don't need to be flashy. You need to be reliable, warm, and switched on. At Harris Farm, the behind-the-scenes work is just as valued as anything on the floor.
What You'll Do
* Code and process supplier invoices accurately in D365 within 48 hours of receipt
* Process manual payments and allocate credit card transactions by month end
* Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
* Onboard new vendors in D365 via Eftsure, ensuring accurate account setup
* Greet and welcome all visitors to the Support Office professionally and warmly
* Answer incoming calls promptly and redirect to the correct department or team member
* Manage office supplies — monitor stock levels, place orders, keep the office well-equipped
* Organise travel bookings for HFM employees and support ad‐hoc coordination across the team
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception environment that reflects the HFM brand
About You
We're looking for someone organised, accurate, and genuinely good with people. Beyond that, we're looking for:
* Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or data entry
* A background in reception, front‐of‐house, or customer service
* Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Familiarity with D365 or a similar ERP system is an advantage
* Well‐organised, works with a sense of urgency, and takes pride in doing the job properly
* Current driver's licence
