Experienced in the premium new homes market, highly motivated, self managed but able to operate within established company guideline. Able to win and to sell new business and to manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
You'll have a proven track record in new home or residential sales. You'll be approachable, naturally customer focused and possess a natural self-confidence and wiliness to succeed. High ethics and morals and strong communication, presentation, time management and computer skills is a must.
* Experienced in Estate Agency and winning listings (Business to Consumer).
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with developers, internal staff and departments (Business to Business).
* Excellent customer care skills & proven sales skills.
* Strong team player.
* Excellent organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer queries.
* Ability to prioritise and effectively manage time in a fast-paced business.
* Proficiency with Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint etc) and CRM databases.
THE ROLE
Based in Sydney
* Liaising with developers – both prospecting, pitching and sales communication.
* Meeting and greeting new people each day
* Managing web, phone and in person enquiries.
* Identifying customer needs and demonstrate products to suit their requirements
* Providing effective communication to clients relating to products, in a professional and positive manner
* Providing accurate compliance and pricing advice based on relevant council/Authority requirements
* Providing accurate information regarding design and construction.
* Instilling confidence and trust in the company's customers and have a proven ability to network and build rapport with others.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
* Working on the weekends will be required.
