We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children.
* Create engaging programs and experiences tailored to the developmental needs and interests of three-year-old children.

* Curriculum Development: Design and implement curricula that cater to the diverse needs of three-year-old children.

* FAMILY COLLABORATION: Establish open communication channels with families to ensure their involvement in their child's educational journey.
* TEAM COLLABORATION: Collaborate with colleagues and centre management to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* HEALTH AND SAFETY: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
* Victorian Institute of Teaching: Full Registration ideal, provisional considered.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
* Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education.
* Attributes: Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering young children's growth and development.
