About This Opportunity
* Assist directors in creating presentations, submitting documents and overseeing end-to-end campaign coordination to help secure new business.
* Prepare marketing materials and information memorandums for on- and off-market development site listings.
* Support the team through every stage of campaign coordination, from inception to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Support directors in creating high-impact presentations, submissions and property documentation to win new business.
2. Develop marketing collateral and prepare information memorandums for property listings.
3. Coordinate end-to-end campaign support, including preparing marketing materials, managing submissions and supporting timelines.
4. Organise meetings, agendas and minutes, including arranging rooms and catering as needed.
5. Help plan and execute client engagement initiatives and events.
6. Become a super-user across internal systems, supporting the national residential team.
7. Book travel and manage team expenses and supplier invoices.
8. Liaise with the finance team for invoicing and advertising reconciliation.
9. Manage internal team communications and day-to-day office operations.
