Assistant Centre Manager Job

The Assistant Centre Manager will guide and support educators and families, leading by example with a high-performing mindset. This dynamic role is located in the heart of a thriving community, working towards excellence in childcare services.


About the Role

* Manage daily centre operations in accordance with company standards and procedures.
* Create lasting relationships with the local community through effective marketing strategies.
* Mentor and support centres to meet or exceed National Quality Standards, driving continuous improvement.


About You

* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in Centre Manager roles, demonstrating leadership skills.
* Current Working with Children's Check certification.
* Proven track record of achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
