About the role
Join the dynamic team at Sparked Electrical Pty Ltd as an Electrical Site Manager based in Newcastle. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in assisting the overseeing electrical work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing:
* Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on a large multidwelling projects
* Lead and supervise the team under the support of a Project Manager
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company procedures
* Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to plan and schedule work effectively
* Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety requirements
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electricians
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
To be considered for this role you should have:
* Qualified electrician with a current, valid Electrical licence
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a supervisory or site management role in the electrical industry
* Strong working knowledge of General Electrical, Dry Fire, CCTV, Security & Access Control
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and manageteams
* Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions on site
* Ability to read electrical plans and have a good understanding of electrical and wiring diagrams
* Familiarity with project management principles and documentation
