Tea Store Assistant Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking a results-driven individual to support our management team in leading our retail store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty and health, with excellent leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the management team in day-to-day business activities
- Drive sales growth, develop and deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high store standards
- Collaborate with the team to reduce shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs
**Requirements**
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, profit, and service
- Confidence, resilience, and ambition to develop and improve skills
- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
