Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers by handling escalated issues from Level 1.
Key Responsibilities:
* Escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
* Provide expert-level technical assistance across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint management
* Configure and troubleshoot user devices
* Manage system access permissions
* Develop and implement effective troubleshooting techniques
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a managed service provider environment
* Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting Cisco Networks across LAN/WAN and VoIP systems
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services
* Demonstrated ability to apply root cause analysis principles in a helpdesk role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-site visits
