We are seeking a proactive and team‑focused individual who takes pride in supporting patient care through accurate, compassionate and reliable administrative practice.

* You are highly organised and detail‑focused, with strong attention to patient information, appointments and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at every step while supporting safe, high‑quality care.
* You bring excellent communication and active listening skills, responding calmly and respectfully to patients, families, clinicians and external services, and directing enquiries to the right people when needed.
* This role is unique in its exposure to specialised cardiac services, offering the opportunity to support interventional cardiology patients while working closely with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team.
* Your day‑to‑day work includes patient bookings, coordinating clinics, managing medical records, and supporting admissions and discharges, helping the Cardiology Department run smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
* You are flexible and team‑oriented, able to assist across cardiology administrative functions, provide cover for colleagues when required, and prioritise tasks effectively within agreed timeframes in a temporary part‑time role.
