Administrative Assistant - Data Management Role
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about accuracy and data management to help maintain and organize our databases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front office duties including answering phones, assisting with inquiries, and providing administrative support.
* Input and update data into the database with high accuracy and efficiency.
* Review and verify data to ensure consistency and correctness.
* Maintain and organize records in a timely manner.
* Filing and general administration duties.
* Ensure all sensitive information is handled confidentially.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles (an advantage but not essential).
* Excellent computer skills, typing speed, and accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with data management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Word/Excel).
* Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
