About Our Client
Our client is a s a boutique agency based on the Gold Coast, specialising in retail support, supply chain optimisation, promotional planning, and business operations. They work closely with leading brands, retailers, and distributors across Australia to deliver tailored solution. The team brings a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project-whether it's streamlining back-end processes, managing product data, or coordinating national promotional campaigns.
Job Description
Training will be included however on the day to day you can expect to be as siting with the following:
- Downloading, compiling, and distributing reports for distribution centre to store performance.
- General data entry
- Loading and updating product information to different portals.
- Assisting with product activation forms and promotional campaign coordination.
- Submitting forms to partners as required.
- Managing MDI spend and coordinating activation's with teams.
- Providing overflow assistance to team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical in this role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with data entry and reporting or strong admin skills
- Familiarity with supply chain, marketing or retail processes (advantage but not required )
- Basic bookkeeping or financial tracking knowledge (an advantage)
- Experience using portals or systems for loading product data
- Willingness to support others when needed
- Positives team player attitude
- Bubbly personality
