Lead Housekeeping Team
As a Lead Housekeeping Team member, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will set the standard yourself, communicate daily with the supervisor, and ensure that every guest space reflects our commitment to quality and care.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our stunning site. As a Lead Housekeeper, you will be more than just hands-on in cleaning and preparation. You will mentor and train the team, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Guiding new team members through our cleaning routines and procedures
* Working closely with the supervisor to manage workflows and maintain high standards
* Communicating effectively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Our ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping within a hotel or resort setting, as well as leadership skills to mentor and support a team. They will also have basic Microsoft/computer skills for stock ordering and documentation.
