We provide a multidisciplinary transgender service including information, support and medical assistance and guidance.The Role:Ensure the efficient coordination and administration of the North Sexual Health Service (SHS) clinics.
This includes:Managing and coordinating patient appointments for the North and Northwest Clinics.Providing high level administrative and clerical support functions to all staff.Ensure the efficient flow of information to and from the office, along with the coordination of administrative processes.Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when performing receptionist and clerical duties at all times.Working in accordance with all SHS and the Department's established policies, procedures and guidelinesNote: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.The Site:Statewide Sexual Health Service (SSHS) has clinics in Hobart (Clinic 60) Launceston (Clinic 34) and Devonport outreach (Clinic 23)Position is based at Clinic 34 - LauncestonDetails of AppointmentPermanent, part time, day worker position working 15.2hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.Position preferred workday is Thursday, with flexibility required ad-hoc and availability to provide leave cover.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies.Salary: $73,811 - $79,779 (pro-rata)per annum.
