Early Childhood Teacher (Role)
As the Early Childhood Teacher you will:
* Set learning goals with children, families and colleagues that provide achievable challenges for every child.
* Role model educational practices for other educators, aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach.
* Support educators to enable children to develop a strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and their connection to the world.
* Design educational, diverse and engaging learning environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
What you'll bring (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you are a passionate educator with a love of learning and hold:
* Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
* Have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
* Alignment to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
* Valid Teacher Registration.
* Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment.
