We are seeking talented professionals to join our Rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid working environment. This role will be based in Hobart and involve actively managing client portfolios with commitment and care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
* Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments to support recovery journeys
* Manage time effectively while enjoying autonomy in working a mix of on-site, office, and remote environments
Key Qualifications:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
* Registration with relevant professional associations
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or equivalent)
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation
* Strong influencing skills to empower clients in their recovery journey
* A collaborative mindset for effective teamwork
