The ICT Talent and Development Lead plays a pivotal role in driving workforce development within the ICT Services Directorate.
This position oversees strategic recruitment and training initiatives to ensure continuity of service delivery.
The Lead identifies talent gaps and develops tailored programs to address these needs.
They design and schedule training sessions, evaluate program effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.
The Lead will strategically forecast future recruitment and training requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Essential: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Desirable: A tertiary qualification in human resource management or equivalent experience
Working Conditions:
* The successful applicant is required to undergo a Department for Human Services working with children check prior to employment
* The incumbent will be required to complete RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead extended course or online fundamentals course, updated every three years
