This role is based in our Newcastle office, with on-site parking provided.
About the role …
As a Pet Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of a new and exciting brand supporting pet owners with care, empathy, and confidence. You'll manage both inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers, focusing on:
* Retention & win-back : engaging existing policyholders, addressing concerns, and helping them see the value of staying protected.
* Sales : identifying customer needs, tailoring coverage options, and confidently closing sales to achieve team and individual targets.
* Service excellence : providing transparent, accurate, and empathetic guidance to ensure every interaction leaves customers feeling supported.
This is a collaborative role where your ideas and feedback will help shape continuous improvements, while your dedication to service and compliance ensures we meet the highest standards.
About you …
