Senior ParaplannerComplex Advice | Leadership Pathway | Boutique Practice Geelong | Full-Time | Office-BasedWe're a boutique, advice-led financial planning practice with a strong focus on quality, strategy and doing things properly.We're looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner who enjoys working on thoughtful, complex advice, takes pride in high standards, and is ready to step into a role with real influence — not just document production.This role offers scope to lead, mentor, and contribute to compliance and Responsible Manager functions as the practice continues to grow.The OpportunityYou'll work closely with advisers to bring strategies to life, across a wide range of client scenarios — from straightforward to technically complex.
