Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Ayr

Hours
5 days per week, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Location
Your home branch will be Ayr. However, you may be required to cover Townsville branches, so a licence and transport is essential.

Responsibilities
* Support NAB's Ayr branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
* Identify the most suitable products and services for customers such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers, making banking simple, easy and secure.

* A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB's diverse range of customers.
* A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
* Customer-centric thinking and an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers.
* No banking experience required – full training provided.
