Description
* Managing the workflow for an enthusiastic team to meet deadlines
* Maintaining strong client relationships by delivering a professional service that exceeds expectations Providing a broad range of advisory services to clients, including business restructuring, tax planning and cash flow management
* Expanding your technical knowledge by participating in ongoing training and working on complex assignments
* Seeking opportunities to involve clients across our entire financial services offering
* Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with ATO regulations
* Support Managers and Partners with tax planning and advisory work
Profile
* 5+ years of experience in business services, tax and accounting roles
* CA / CPA qualified (must be fully qualified)
* Experience working within a client service environment
* Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards
* Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
* Australian or New Zealand permanent resident.
Job Offer
The salary on offer for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 package.
4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.
