About the Role As Facility Manager, you will lead the home through its commissioning phase, ensuring safe, high-quality care while building a strong, high-performing team. You will oversee operations, compliance, team performance and resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership across clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teamsEnsure high standards of clinical governance, care delivery and resident wellbeingManage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiencyDrive continuous improvement and accreditation readinessEnsure compliance with aged care regulations and quality standardsBuild strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
About You
Previous Aged Care Management experience Commissioning experience desirable yet not essential Current AHPRA registrationStrong understanding of aged care standards, compliance and accreditationProven leadership, operational and financial management capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPassion for delivering high-quality resident-centred care
