Job Role:
A Maintenance Technician is required to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
* Maintain compliance with relevant OHS legislation and regulations.
* Collaborate with Managers, colleagues, and staff to deliver on initiatives.
* Evaluate processes to ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
* Design or improve systems/Audits to maintain the highest standard of Housekeeping and Safety.
* Conduct regular audits and address issues promptly.
* Monitor outgoing material for quality compliance.
Requirements:
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
* 'Practical' experience in a maintenance environment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Capacity to train and develop others.
* Overtime may be required on Saturdays (optional) - paid at time and half.
