This state-of-the-art facility will support Australian businesses and government departments by providing essential onshore technology services. Purpose:
Responsible for designing, supporting, and maintaining the Enterprise Messaging infrastructure. Individuals in this position will have a high level of ownership from the design, installation, implementation and ongoing support of all Messaging based systems and applications.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Relevant Previous Experience:
Management and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid on prem/cloud environment; support on Mobile Messaging infrastructure (Intune, MDM), Microsoft Defender and Security and compliance; support the email gateway Mimecast and Proofpoint (Essential/Enterprise).
Desired skills:
Administration, management, and troubleshooting skills of O365, Exchange 2013/2016+; strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge:
Performed scripting administration tasks using PowerShell, developing scripts for automating processes; design and troubleshoot Active Directory solutions around Exchange integration and replication; provide systems metrics, root cause analysis and proactive monitoring and communication of performance degradation to management.
Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or eligible for obtaining security clearance.
On-call and Shift Expectations:
Managed services focus; flexible shifts and possible after-hours on-call deployment activities to maintain client IT systems.
