About your opportunity
To provide administrative systems support in relation to confidential clinical records/information (digital and paper) within a hospital setting. This role contributes to patient flow by ensuring clinical records and information are available for clinicians to provide timely patient care.
This role delivers exceptional person-centred customer service to patients, their families and the public.
This role works collaboratively as a member of the administrative team and provides quality support to deliver a high standard of organisational and patient-focused outcomes in both Medical Records and Birth Suite.
This role contributes to creating an exceptional place to work by consistently aligning workplace behaviours and organisational values.
This role encompasses shiftwork, including afternoon shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays as we ensure round-the-clock support to meet patient needs.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is a temporary part-time position up to three (3) months, working 32 hours per fortnight.
The ideal application will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated experience and high-level skills using the Microsoft Office 365 suite and corporate/patient information systems and databases.

Requirements:
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.

Salary range: $39.98 to $44.46 p.h. (AO3)
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
4 weeks annual leave (pro rata) with 17.5% loading
