TVH are looking for an enthusiastic Contract Support Administrator to join our team.
Position is full-time, based at our Wagga Wagga Office. The position is available for immediate start, for someone with service administration experience or someone looking to kickstart a career in administration. You need to have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and a commitment to reliability.

About the Role:
NOTE: The successful candidate will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Eastern States Operational Team with one of our major contracts with the below, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Portal Compliance/Management
* Creating Customer Orders/Jobs in CRM/Maximo
* Closing out of Jobs in CRM/Maximo
* Liaising with technicians
* Ensuring the team meets customer KPI's
* Providing assistance to the entire eastern states operations team/s and managers
About You:
* Energetic with a willingness to learn
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Time management skills
* Some Microsoft skills
* Ability to work in a Team Environment
Hours:7:30am - 3:30pm Monday – Friday
