Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
* Coding and lifting information into their new system (Dynamics 365)
* Revise all invoices and allocate to the team
* Look after AMEX and Uber accounts
* Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
* Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and proper authorisation
* Prepare and process payments to vendors
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions and related documentation.
* Resolve payment-related issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
* Other ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be Immediately Available and will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar AP role. Additionally, they will have experience using a variety of accounting software's, and therefore will be tech savvy. Most importantly, they will have a strong attention to detail, will pick things up quickly, great communication skills, and a can do attitude.
