You won't just support students through study…you'll help them belong.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing thoughtful, culturally informed support to help Indigenous students start, continue, and complete their training
* Building trusted relationships with students, teachers, and local communities
* Connecting the organisation to the training and employment needs of Indigenous groups
* Developing tailored student strategies to boost engagement, retention, and achievement
* Collaborating closely with a passionate Student Life team to bring positive change to the student experience

* Experience supporting or working with Aboriginal communities
* The ability to build genuine rapport and maintain strong professional boundaries
* Calmness under pressure, balanced with strong organisational skills
* Victorian Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
Your Background
* Highly desirable, a qualification in education, youth work, community services or a related field
* Understanding of Koorie culture, history, and community priorities
* Experience developing personalised support or wellbeing strategies
* Strong communication and record-keeping skills within a dynamic environment
