This a great opportunity to join a growing multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health practitioners in Tasmania focused on providing client-centric care and improving wellbeing.
In this role you will lead a team of experienced Physiotherapists to provide support directly in the community and on-site in industry-leading clinics.
You will have a varying caseload of children and adults and you will support them on their journey to foster independence, maximise functional capacity and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
* Oversee team performance
* Create and foster great team culture
* Maintain personal clinical caseload
* Support clients with musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post operative orthopaedics rehabilitation
* Rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities
Ideal Attributes:
* Strong communicator and leader
* Great clinical knowledge
* Ability to multi-task
* Positive and professional approach
Essential:
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* AHPRA registration
* Experience in similar position
* Valid driver's licence and vehicle
* WWC Check
* NDIS Worker Check
