The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Newcastle office.
The role involves managing a customer portfolio across Brennan's solutions, ensuring a seamless experience, with a preference for candidates with MSP/Systems Integrator experience.
The primary responsibilities are enhancing customer experience and driving patch retention and growth to meet targets.
The role requires independent work, customer service skills, commercial acumen, target-driven mindset, and the ability to travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Engaging with customers to identify new business and cross-selling opportunities
Understanding customer business needs and facilitating strategic planning and workshops
Building customer relationships to support retention and growth, ensuring contract renewals
Serving as the main customer contact for a defined portfolio, providing technical and product guidance
Supporting marketing activities and integrating sales efforts
Collaborating with Practices and Vendors, attending training as needed
Developing technology roadmaps for customers
Preparing proposals, contracts, and tender responses
Managing bids and coordinating with Presales, Service Delivery, and management for solution design
Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years ICT account management experience
Proven success in achieving sales targets
Experience managing comprehensive IT and Telecommunications solutions
Consultative sales experience
Ability to present at a C-suite level
Leadership and collaboration skills within multi-disciplinary teams
Sales process and pipeline management
Commercial experience in areas such as IT, cloud, data, networking, unified communications, voice, or telephony, including Presales or Solutions Architecture
