You will be working in our busy property team, primarily assisting the Conveyancing Manager with various ACT and NSW property and conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to settlement.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Conveyancing Manager with conveyancing matters
2. Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents and mortgage brokers on a daily basis
3. Preparing legal documents and letters as required
4. Handling phone calls and general administration tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
You will also need to have a professional and corporate presentation, with strong organisation and attention to detail skills.
