About The Role
As a Project Administration Officer, you'll be embedded within the project team on-site, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of the redevelopment.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Coordinating meetings, schedules, and project communications
* Supporting administrative processes across the project lifecycle
* Working closely with project teams to manage access, logistics, and site coordination
* Liaising with stakeholders across the hospital to understand operational needs for the new building
* Assisting with data management, reporting, and documentation (including Excel-based tasks)
* Learning and using new systems and processes as the project evolves
About You
* Proven experience in administrative or project support roles
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
