An exciting opportunity exists for strong Outbound Sales professionals to join our organisation over the peak period This role wills ee you calling warm and cold leads to generate interest and sales for our beautiful hampers and corporate branding options. Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager, responsibilities include: • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase corporate hampers • Managing leads and follow through to ensure the opportunity to convert the lead is maximised • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business • Using sales scripts provided by HGA to drive sales and respond to customer objections • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences • Continually meeting or exceeding daily targets with respect to call volume and sales About you: • Proven experience working in a sales or outbound sales role • Ability to follow sales script • Demonstrated outstanding communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills • Confidence to manage/challenge objection whilst keeping potential customers on side • Strong sense of accountability • Personable with a can-do attitude • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications with the ability to learn new IT systems • Self-confident with a high level of emotional and social awareness
