Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects for clients in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients, authorities, contractors, and team members to understand project scope and undertake administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include preparing and completing all necessary paperwork, tracking project applications and submissions, supporting contract administration functions, and taking meeting minutes and records of meetings.
* Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and team members to understand project scope and undertake administrative functions.
* Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork, including application forms, service notices, and maintenance applications.
* Track project applications and submissions, following up with authorities, contractors, and team members to drive great outcomes.
* Support contract administration functions, including progress claim review, general correspondence, extension of time requests, and scheduling inspections.
* Take meeting minutes and records of meetings, finalizing and circulating minutes to attendees.
Qualifications:
* Quick learner, problem solver, and determined individual with high attention to detail.
* Effective priority management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good situational awareness and ability to recall project status without constant reference to notes.
* Ability to interpret and communicate basic technical information to clients, contractors, and team members.
