The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll lead civil site operations across renewable and telecom projects nationwide. You’ll shape a new civil team, set high standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day site operations to keep projects on track
- Plan, schedule, and manage program works against deadlines
- Lead, mentor, and develop site teams
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively
- Interpret and work from construction drawings
- Champion site safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards
- Use project management systems to maintain accurate reporting and documentation
About You
You’ll bring proven experience in civil construction supervision and the confidence to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Foreman on Australian civil projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- High-level organisational and scheduling abilities
- Experience with project management systems and digital tools
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
