We thrive on the challenge of getting the seemingly impossible done, and doing it safely. THE POSITION Manage accommodation bookings, check-ins, and check-outs for village residents and contractors. Maintain accurate records and reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and property use. Liaise with contractors, site teams, and village management to support daily operations. Assist with general administrative tasks, data entry, and internal communications. Ensure compliance with company procedures and village standards for safety and service. THE PERSON Previous experience in administration, accommodation management, or facilities coordination. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable working in a remote or regional setting, ideally with exposure to mining or village environments.
