Are you passionate about building literacy skills in children and empowering families through learning?
First 5 Forever is a State Library of Queensland coordinated early literacy program that provides free, family-friendly activities and resources through public libraries to help children aged 0 - 5 develop strong foundational skills in talking, reading, singing, and playing.
The initiative supports children's rapid brain development in the early years by encouraging families to build a lifelong love of learning and prepare their children for school.The role is responsible for developing and delivering First 5 Forever Early Literacy training and development program for Redland Libraries staff and coordinating outreach activities in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Queensland State Government (via the State Library of Queensland).
