About the Role We're on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to take charge of residential construction sites across Sydney regions. You'll be overseeing multiple builds, coordinating site activity, and ensuring that every stage runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Tasks & Responsibilities Manage daily operations across multiple residential job sites Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met Maintain strict adherence to WHS practices and ensure site safety Oversee project scheduling, documentation, and reporting Conduct regular site inspections and manage issue resolution Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders as needed Skills & Experience Proven experience supervising low to medium-density residential builds Ability to manage several projects at once from groundwork to handover Strong communication and leadership skills Thorough understanding of WHS regulations and a proactive safety mindset Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills Positive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to motivate a team Minimum 4 years in a similar supervisory or leading hand role White Card and First Aid Certificate (required) Competent with construction software and digital tools Benefits & Perks Long-term opportunity with career growth potential Supportive and driven team culture Projects based within a local, manageable area - no long commutes Competitive salary package based on experience Exposure to high-end, custom residential builds Be part of a forward-thinking company that values your input About the Company Our client is a reputable and growing Sydney-based builder, known for delivering high-quality residential homes, with a strong pipeline of custom builds and boutique projects valued between $0.3M-$15M.
