Our client is a highly successful, leading fashion house and supplier of luxury bags and leather goods, including ready-to-wear shoes and accessories. **ABOUT THE ROLES**

**Store Director / Manager 80K - 140K + | Retail Operations Manager 90K - 140K | Team Manager 75K - 100K | Product Sales Manager 80K - 110K | Category Manager 75K - 90K | Department Manager 65K - 85K**
In these roles, you will be primarily responsible for promoting a strong team spirit to achieve operational excellence through the efficient running of all areas in each department and store. In doing so, you will lead a high-performing team, provide strategic direction, foster collaboration, and facilitate a service-centric store culture. Further, you will adopt commercial awareness, connect with your local client base and partner with regional and corporate teams to ensure department and store success.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role is best suited to a results-driven and enthusiastic professional who is eager to join a high-performing team and acquires a passion for leadership. This is a unique opportunity, providing great diversity in luxury products, duties, and responsibilities. In addition, you will be a valuable and fundamental driver of the following tasks:

- Drive & Grow Business Performance_
- Oversee all aspects of the boutique business to ensure objectives are fulfilled
- Create a clear vision for the boutique in line with company values
- Daily follow-up of sales and motivate staff to maximise sales, maintain sales mix, and achieve exceptional results
- Drive the highest level of selling techniques, client services, clientele, and product knowledge to deliver the best service experience
- Monitor boutique's P&L performance, deliver sales targets, minimise loss, asset protection, and risk management
- Client Development Management_
- Lead the boutique to increase client flow and maximise recruitment opportunities
- Lead the team to establish and maintain strong, trusty, and long-term relationships with important clients
- Encourage and promote clientele in the boutique to ensure the highest level of client experience delivered and consistently maintained
- People Management & Development _
- Translate strategic business goals into concrete individual and team goals, regularly monitoring progress
- Delegate jobs to the wider team in an efficient, effective, productive manner
- Manage staff with ongoing constructive feedback, coaching and evaluation for performance improvement
- Create a good team spirit, develop strong collaboration, and maintain harmonious working environments for increasing staff engagement
- Boutique Operations Management _
- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique
- Coordinate retail activities with internal departments
- Implement and monitor the daily work schedule for optimising boutique resources
- Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising, and image of the store
- Lead boutique audit

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years at managerial/supervisory level
- Strong multidimensional leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal
- Be a team player; proactive attitude, dependable, flexible, punctual
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
